We will introduce a case of a Benjamin Plaza with a tree height of 15 meters, from the basement level 1 to the 4th floor above ground.
Here is an introduction to one of the early cases of hydroponics being used for indoor greening in Japan. Instead of a system that collects water, it incorporates a mechanism for automatic irrigation using a timer that regularly waters the plants from a tank installed under the floor, providing a suitable environment for the roots. This was a groundbreaking idea at the time. The Benjamin tree, which was about 10 meters tall at the time of installation, is now pruned once a year to ensure it does not exceed a height of 15 meters. Properly carrying out this pruning leads to vigorous growth, resulting in more greenery.
