【Flow to Full Operation】 The average period until the full operation of the smart implementation is 3.5 months. Tasks such as environment setup, business operation design, data integration, and operational verification will be carried out. 1. Preparation of the Environment The cloud environment for the Φ-Pilot Series will be set up. Setup for an on-premises environment is also possible. 2. Operation of Business Modules and Business Operation Design Customers will create a business operation design document while actually operating the business modules themselves. Sample data will be used to deepen understanding of the Φ-Pilot Series through hands-on experience. 3. Preparation for Data Integration and Migration Customers will link the data they use in their business with the data from the Φ-Pilot Series. Customers will convert their own data into the Φ-Pilot Series format for integration interfaces. 4. Operational Verification After completing the business design and data integration steps, the system's operation will be verified using actual data to confirm whether business operations can be conducted correctly, which will determine the readiness for operation. 5. Full Operation If the system operates normally and the operational verification is successful, full operation will commence.
