C3771 is also known as forging brass and is the most suitable brass for hot forging.
It is easy to forge complex shapes, and the internal structure consists of dense metal crystals. The forged structure is sufficiently broken down by the extrusion process, resulting in metal flow along the forged surface, which gives it excellent mechanical properties. It is used in high-pressure valves, parts that require advanced mechanical properties, and rotor bars, among others.

We have many general-purpose molds that do not incur extrusion mold technology fees. - For brass, we primarily stock C3604 flat bars (FB, flat bars). We offer various tempers, including C3604BE-F and C3604BD-F, as well as annealed options. - We specialize in producing shapes that are close to finished products. Please consider cost reduction. - For aluminum profiles, we have extrusion molds for materials such as A6063 in square, flat bars (FB, flat bars), angles, channels, round pipes, and square pipes (square tubes), as well as various sizes of extrusion dies for material A1070 flat bars, allowing us to produce with just material procurement.
