Easy attachment and detachment with handle operation, large diameter coupling [Fluid Connector]
Stovely fluid connector large diameter
"Handle Lock" Easy attachment and detachment even with large diameters! "Non-Spill" Almost zero liquid spillage during attachment and detachment! "Ball Valve Lock" Reduces pressure loss!
【Large Diameter Non-Spill Coupling】 Product Names: 【TCH】 / 【TCB】 / 【TTX】 (3 types) <Features> ● A non-spill structure that minimizes liquid dripping, air ingestion, and contamination into the circuit during attachment and detachment, ensuring a safe working environment for operators. ● Adopts Stobri's unique locking mechanism 'Bayonet Lock' that allows easy attachment and detachment by simply turning the handle. ● Can be connected under residual pressure up to 6 bar. ● Achieves lightweight and easy attachment/detachment despite the large diameter. ● Equipped with a swivel at the hose connection to prevent hose 'twisting.' ● Product lineup up to a maximum of 100A (4 inches). 【Large Diameter Ball Valve Block Coupling】 Product Names: 【TKU】 / 【TKM】 / 【TDU】 (3 types) <Features> ● Simple internal structure allows for stable high flow rates with almost zero pressure loss. ● Ball valve that allows easy ON/OFF switching with a lever. ● Due to the structure of the main body, it is not affected by internal residual pressure, allowing for safe and easy attachment and detachment. ● Product lineup up to a maximum of 80A.

basic information
Regarding fluid connectors (couplings) used in various piping systems, as the diameter increases, it typically requires significant force to open the valve during coupling connections with standard products, making the task itself not easy. In this regard, Stäubli's large-diameter non-spill couplings [TCH], [TCB], and [TTX] allow for a significant reduction in the burden of the connection work by converting the pushing action into a rotational direction instead of requiring a push during coupling connections. Additionally, due to the non-spill design, there is almost no liquid leakage or air entrapment during attachment and detachment, which helps protect the working environment and the safety of the operator. When a large flow of fluid is passed through the piping, the pressure loss in the piping increases significantly. This is especially true for couplings with complex internal structures. In this regard, Stäubli's large-diameter ball valve block couplings [TKU], [TKM], and [TDU] utilize a ball valve block, simplifying the flow path structure and thereby minimizing the increase in pressure loss. Furthermore, the opening and closing of the valve are not affected by pressure, allowing for the attachment and detachment of the coupling even if there is residual pressure in the circuit.
