Achieving labor-saving through the introduction of OCR software and PAD (Power Automate Desktop)!
We would like to introduce a case where a drawing management system was implemented in the sales management system of a manufacturing company. The company had system requirements to streamline the order input process for product numbers and item names written on the purchase orders from clients. By scanning the purchase orders from clients and using OCR software to read the product numbers, item names, and delivery dates, and converting them into CSV format for order input, we achieved a reduction in data entry workload. 【System Requirements】 ■ The company wants to streamline the order input process for product numbers and item names written on purchase orders from clients. ■ Since the drawings related to the purchase orders are stored on paper, a large storage space is required. ■ It is difficult to search for drawings when they need to be reviewed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
