After creating 3D maps (SORAMAP), our company can produce derivative products (CG video production, VR software development, 3D printer output) in-house. In particular, the output of urban diorama models using 3D printers has been a product we have implemented since 2005, allowing us to produce accurate urban models based on precise 3D map data. Currently, we have introduced four different types of 3D printers (FDM, SLA, BJ, etc.) and a new large-scale 3D printer, which can output a build size of 1.2m x 1.6m x 1.2m. *Scheduled to be operational from 2025. This will enable us to produce larger objects, allowing us to accommodate various applications in the future.

We have introduced four types of 3D printers (full-color, single-color plastic type, resin type, etc.) for various applications, as well as one type of super-large 3D printer (scheduled to start operation in 2025). The accuracy of our 3D map (SORAMAP) is approximately 30 cm to 50 cm, so for a city diorama model at a scale of 1/1000, the accuracy will be less than 1 mm. The output sizes for the currently operational 3D printers are as follows: for FDM method (single-color plastic), the maximum size is 50 cm x 50 cm; for SLA method (single-color resin), the maximum size is 26 cm x 15 cm; and for BJ method (full-color gypsum), the maximum size is 25 cm x 20 cm. When outputting city models over a large area, multiple plates will be arranged for display.
