We would like to introduce the "Full/Empty Test Method" for water supply and hot water resin piping. By using the pressure recording inspection device "Hajime-kun HWR-N1-1," it is possible to conduct leak tests on water supply and hot water resin piping (PE, PB) using air pressure. 【Inspection Preparation】 ■ Connect the included O-ring adapter to the inspection piping to connect the inspection device. ■ To connect the inspection device and the O-ring adapter, the included O-ring fills the gap, so hand-tightening the nut part is sufficient. ■ If the water heater and other faucet parts are capped or bypassed, both the water and hot water systems can be inspected at once (if there is a leak, separate the systems to identify the problem). ■ The ball valve between the piping and the compressor may leak due to deterioration from repeated inspections, so after pressurization, seal it with a cap. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
