Let's challenge the automation of cleaning using the 3D industrial camera "Ensenso S"!
In recent years, many specialized cleaning companies in South Korea have been utilizing AI technology to lead the automation of cleaning. The Ensenso S is the smallest camera in the Ensenso camera lineup capable of laser triangulation using AI. Starting with its relatively low price and ease of use in various situations, the advantages of the Ensenso S can be summarized as follows: ■ Ultra-compact with high cost performance ■ Fast and accurate 3D data acquisition supported by AI technology ■ High-quality 3D data even in low-light environments ■ Structured light using AI-based laser dot pattern triangulation ■ Applicable in automation of logistics, robot vision, obstacle detection, monitoring, and horticultural automation The cleaning automation processes that can utilize such a 3D industrial camera can be broadly divided into three categories: "automation of sorting and folding laundry," "automation of handling and classification of laundry," and "automation of sorting return destinations for laundry." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

basic information
<Automation of Laundry Sorting and Folding> Until now, clean laundry has been handled manually by humans, one step at a time. However, there is an increasing trend towards the development of machines and automation systems that use 3D industrial cameras to automatically fold laundry. <Automation of Laundry Handling Classification> With the introduction of AI, the overall laundry time has been reduced by more than 30%. Furthermore, because AI accurately recognizes selection display labels without mistakes, the risk of damage to laundry has also been significantly reduced. <Automation of Laundry Return Classification> This is an automation system that can classify laundry by region and customer. In South Korean companies, after cleaning is completed, a system is in place that recognizes the barcode attached to the laundry to separate it by region and customer, ensuring that the laundry is returned to the customer who entrusted it. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
