We would like to introduce a case study of verification conducted for a corporate e-commerce site at a system development and operation company. The company faced issues due to a lack of quality-related theories and techniques, which resulted in problems such as incomplete documentation and inappropriate selection of verification scope/methods, leading to the occurrence of defects. Consequently, the progress of testing activities was not favorable.
