Production Management System 'FUSE' <Work Completion Registration/Work Performance Search>
Easy touch operation even for field workers who are not familiar with PC operations! Achieving daily performance tracking is possible.
We would like to introduce the "Work Completion Registration/Work Performance Search" function of the production management system "FUSE." By scanning the barcode of the instruction sheet from a tablet installed on the production line, work performance can be registered. You can check the actual work time and the number of good and defective products for each unit of product/process/person in charge. In work performance management, the actual data entered from the field tablets is collected and aggregated in real-time, allowing workers to be freed from the hassle of daily report creation and enabling performance tracking on a daily basis. 【Features】 - Easy to use with touch operations, even for field workers who are not familiar with PC operations - Work performance collection and photo/video capture can be done with touch operations only - Supporting the transfer of skills to younger workers by recording work scenes on video - Accumulated work performance can be used instead of daily reports - Performance tracking on a daily basis is possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
