Reduce smoke generation and enjoy easy indoor barbecue! Easy maintenance with fluorine coating.
The "Yaki Maru II" is a smokeless grill for yakiniku that suppresses the smoke from fat by having a structure that does not raise the temperature of the plate to high levels. It features a design that retains heat appropriately between the burner and the grilling surface, controlling the grilling surface temperature to approximately 210–250°C. Since it uses gas, the temperature of the grilling surface rises quickly, allowing the meat to be grilled to a delicious golden brown. 【Three mechanisms to ensure fat drops into the water tray】 ■ A system that connects surface grooves to slits, creating a pathway for fat. ■ A system that creates gaps with four protrusions on the back to efficiently drop fat. ■ A system that prevents fat from reaching the burner with a wall of about 7mm on the back. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
