The "Yaki Maru II" is a smokeless grill for yakiniku that suppresses the smoke from fat by having a structure that does not raise the temperature of the plate to high levels. It features a design that retains heat appropriately between the burner and the grilling surface, controlling the grilling surface temperature to approximately 210–250°C.
