A foam box for keeping products warm! The corners are all beveled through machining.
We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "thermal insulation foam cover." At the request of a measuring instrument manufacturer, we needed a foam box to keep the product warm, and we proposed a harder type of foam (50 times) that is expected to have good thermal insulation properties. Since all the corners needed to be rounded, we achieved this through machining. We can accommodate such processing, so please feel free to consult with us. 【Case Overview】 ■ Material: Approximately 50 times ■ Dimensions ・Cutout: 440×350×110mm (1 cutout) ・Bottom: 440×350×40mm ■ Processing: R20 rounding *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
