Based on years of experience in precision die-cast mold manufacturing, we are actively incorporating new technologies, such as mold production utilizing metal 3D printers. Recently, we have introduced a flow simulation system that allows for highly advanced simulation of the actual casting process, enabling real-time predictions of material flow, solidification processes, and heat transfer. This allows us to identify and correct potential issues during the initial design phase of the product. We believe this will shorten product development time, reduce costs, and, above all, enable us to quickly provide our customers with the highest quality products.
