The ASW50 series continuous washing machine features a structure that thoroughly eliminates unnecessary water space, achieving 50% water savings and over 50% energy-efficient design compared to conventional models. Additionally, it can save 50% on detergent usage. Furthermore, it adopts a single drum spiral structure, making it a space-saving device. ■ Features ■ ASW50 Series Continuous Washing Machine * Robust single drum structure improves long-term stable production and reduces downtime * The washing tank employs batch flow, demonstrating high efficiency and excellent cleaning power * Equipped with a color-changing function to prevent color transfer during alternating washes of colored and white items * Automatically controls the appropriate water and detergent amounts based on the weight of the laundry, reducing costs * Designed for ease of use by Japanese operators, allowing for simple operation and usability with short training time * High thermal insulation performance enables washing at 80°C for 10 minutes * When combined with the optional laundry cabin, it increases temporary stock and can be fully synchronized with the continuous washing machine's takt time.
