We would like to introduce a case study of our soap-based sanitation method "Gripika" implemented at Hamburger Shop F. Before the implementation, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the grease trap, and since the shop is relatively small with close seating, there were concerns about whether customers were having an uncomfortable experience. After the implementation, the scum was transformed into soapy water using our method, and by cleaning the scum and dirt inside the grease trap, the odor was eliminated.
