basic information
<Force Measurement with Thin Film Sensors> This product measures load using a thin film resistor that can delicately sense strain. With a welded structure to the deformable body of the thin film sensor, it maintains high long-term stability. For special safety requirements, a load converter equipped with two measurement bridges and a thin film sensor has been realized. The load is measured by the change in the electrical resistance value of the thin film sensor. The deformation of the pressure-receiving part is immediately converted into a resistance value. The electrical resistance is converted into a standardized output signal by the sensor, allowing for processing and recording. <Load Measurement with Strain Gauges> Strain gauges operate on the principle of thin film sensors. Strain gauges can be precisely attached to even the smallest surfaces. Load converters using strain gauges can be manufactured in various materials and shapes, allowing for flexible use. <Load Measurement with Hydraulic Load Converters> The body of the hydraulic load converter contains a liquid medium that instantly transmits the applied load to an analog or digital display. The characteristics of hydraulic load converters include long lifespan, robustness, and operation without the need for a power supply.
