We would like to introduce a case where Komi Corporation implemented the "Super Oval" at Saitama Seikei Hospital. At the hospital, mirrors were installed at both the general reception and in front of the radiology and endoscopy reception areas. Before the installation of the mirrors at the general reception, it was difficult to see the patients who had completed their health check-ups coming to the reception, which sometimes delayed the response. However, after the installation, areas that were not visible from the reception became visible through the mirrors, which has been very helpful. At the radiology and endoscopy reception, the congestion status of the endoscopy and radiology areas was not visible from the reception, and staff sometimes had to leave the reception to check.
