This is a high-strength stainless steel fastener made from SUS 304CUN.
SUS 304CUN is an austenitic stainless steel (A2) that boasts high strength (A2-90, A2-100), high heat resistance, high corrosion resistance, and non-magnetic properties, making it a strong and rust-resistant high-strength material. By adding copper (CU) and nitrogen (N), it is possible to increase strength while ensuring non-magnetic properties, and it has stress corrosion cracking resistance comparable to SUS 316. Furthermore, SUS 304N2, which is SUS 304 with added nitrogen (N) and niobium (Nb), is a stainless steel that enhances strength while minimizing the reduction in ductility. It is used in structural strength members and high-pressure vessels. High-strength stainless steel washers that can withstand A2-100 specifications using SUS 304N2 have also been developed. These washers prevent plastic deformation (dimpling) around the holes of the mating components that occurs during tightening with high-strength fasteners, providing a locking effect against loosening.

basic information
**Features** ■ High Strength - Tensile strength of 900–1,000 N/mm² - Achieved mass production level of A2-90/100, which is outside the mechanical property standards for austenitic materials JIS B1054 - Comparable high strength to SUH 660 and SCM 435 ■ Untreated - Strength increase possible through cold forging only (A2-90) - No concerns about market complaints due to heat treatment processes (aging cracks, delayed fractures) ■ High Heat Resistance - No carbon precipitation occurs at 500–700℃ - High temperature range for grain boundary corrosion ■ High Corrosion Resistance - Stress corrosion cracking resistance comparable to SUS 316 ■ Non-Magnetic - Permeability (μ) of 1.01–1.03 ■ Weight Reduction - Overall weight reduction by changing from A2-50 to A2-90 - Possible 70% weight reduction by reducing the nominal diameter by three sizes (changing from A2-50 to A2-100 with a yield strength of 900 MPa allows for changing from M20 to M12) ■ Convenience - Domestic product with high adaptability and flexibility

Tobimoto Sangyo Co., Ltd. was established as a specialized trading company for screws and fastening parts in Tanimachi, Osaka City, shortly after World War II, where many shops dealing in machinery and tools lined the streets. Today, we have built over 75 years of history in the Osaka Machinery Wholesale District (commonly known as the Machinery District) located in Higashi-Osaka City, a town of small and medium-sized enterprises. Screws and fastening parts are used in various industries as the unsung heroes behind the scenes. They may not be very noticeable, but they are essential products without which assembly cannot take place. We take great joy and pride in having specialized in these screws and fastening parts for many years. Our ability to continue our business activities over the years is thanks to our customers and all the stakeholders who support us. We wish to maintain this sense of gratitude and continue to build trust with our customers in the future. With the mission of “providing the best solutions for all our customers,” we will continue to work together as a team to contribute, albeit modestly, to the development of our customers and society. We kindly ask for your continued support.
