Cut without scissors! Functional perforation processing.
Perforations are also known as "tear lines" or "dashed lines." Typical examples of use include application forms, tags, and tickets, which require tearing. The cut sections are referred to as "cut," while the uncut sections are called "uncut." When specifying measurements, they are expressed as (cut) mm × (uncut) mm. Our company mainly uses a perforation size of 2×1 mm. There are various types of pitches (repetitions) for these cuts and uncut sections, so if you have a specific pitch in mind, please consult with us. We also accommodate micro perforations, which have very fine tear lines. Please note that perforations can only be processed from the front side or the back side. Partial perforations, such as jump stitches, lead lines, or diagonal perforations, can be applied as part of the die-cutting process by creating a dedicated die.
