"Philiform MD5" is an advanced foam resin waterproofing material. It uses a cartridge-type polyurethane resin, allowing mixing and injection to be completed in one process. Through foam expansion, it exhibits waterproofing, airtightness, chemical resistance, and oil resistance. 【Performance】 ● Passed a 30-day pressure test at 1.5 MPa (1.5 bar) ● Passed a 7-day pressure test at 2.5 MPa (2.5 bar) ● Passed airtightness test after 240 hours of vibration testing at 10 Hz with a vibration amplitude of 3 mm ● Can be used interchangeably with multiple sizes of piping ● Excellent heat resistance (maximum operating temperature of 100°C) ● Resistant to sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, sulfuric acid, and sodium hydroxide ● Resistant to gasoline and diesel fuel ● Resistant to hydrogen sulfide ● Resistant to rodents ● The resin begins to harden and expand approximately 50 to 70 seconds after injection ● Expansion of the resin is completed in about 8 to 10 minutes, and it reaches a state where it does not stick to the hand in about 12 minutes ● The compressive strength of the cured resin is over 60 N/cubic centimeter ● No special tools are required, allowing for easy and quick work *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
