The "Philiform MD3" from Philiform Co. is a product that offers better insertability of urethane blocks and workability of resin injection compared to other companies' foam water-stopping materials. It has water and gas tightness, preventing the intrusion of water and gases. It is a kit containing special circular urethane blocks and polyurethane resin, eliminating the need to wrap urethane around cables. 【Performance】 ● It has high waterproofness and airtightness (gas resistance) with a pressure resistance of 1 atmosphere (1 bar). ● Passed airtightness testing after 240 hours of vibration testing at 10 Hz with a vibration amplitude of 3 mm. ● Can be used interchangeably with multiple sizes of piping. ● Excellent heat resistance (maximum operating temperature of 120°C). ● Resistant to sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, sulfuric acid, and sodium hydroxide. ● Resistant to gasoline and diesel fuel. ● Resistant to radon gas. ● Resistant to rodents. ● The resin begins to cure chemically after about 30 seconds of mixing, and expansion starts after about 95 seconds. ● Expansion of the resin is completed in about 8 to 10 minutes, and it reaches a non-tacky state within 15 minutes. ● The compressive strength of the cured resin is over 60 N/cubic centimeter. ● No special tools are required, allowing for easy and quick work. ● Optionally, a fire-resistant MD sealant can be filled on the surface. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
