A silicone-based clear gel that provides high transparency and waterproof insulation performance to electrical connections simply by mixing and injecting it into the pack.
Clear gel is a two-component silicone gel that cures at room temperature. It is mixed in a pack, eliminating the need for preparation of mixing containers. After curing, it can be disassembled by hand. It maintains high transparency over the long term. It is available in four sizes: 150ml, 250ml, 350ml, and 500ml, allowing for appropriate selection based on usage purposes. It achieves high electrical insulation and waterproof performance with simple tasks. Once the gel is filled, it blocks moisture, preventing internal condensation. By injecting the mixed gel into connection points of electrical equipment, the performance of these connections can be easily enhanced. It can be filled in junction boxes or pull boxes to prevent water ingress and corrosion due to internal condensation for critical equipment. Mix the contents in the pack by kneading for 30 seconds, then cut the end and inject. There is no need to prepare a mixing container, which shortens the working time. Being silicone-based, it allows for immediate electrical conduction. Additionally, it has high heat resistance and long-term reliability.
