Improvements in internal design and high-quality materials achieve a lifespan up to twice that of conventional spherical roller bearings! Let's reduce maintenance costs by extending lifespan.
SKF's Explorer spherical roller bearings achieve lower friction compared to conventional bearings due to improved internal design and surface treatment, offering up to twice the durability of standard spherical roller bearings. Additionally, the low friction contributes to enhanced energy efficiency and reduced heat generation. Improvements in the rollers and cages maintain higher load-carrying capacity than traditional bearings, and the significantly increased limit rotational speed allows for use in a wide range of applications. This is the highest performance bearing offered by SKF, a pioneer in spherical roller bearings (self-aligning roller bearings).
