A fixture for compression testing of various materials and components! Measuring compressive elastic modulus, compressive length, and compressive strength.
The "2501 Series Static Test Plates" are compression plates that can be easily installed and are made with a surface hardness of HRC58-60. Standard sizes include compression plates with diameters of 50mm and 150mm, with a lineup ranging from 25mm to 300mm in diameter and load capacities from 50N to 600kN. Additionally, the compression plates with diameters from 150mm to 300mm feature laser-engraved concentric rings, which make it easier to position the test specimen at the center of the compression plate. 【Features】 ■ Standard compression plates with diameters of 50mm and 150mm ■ Compression plates with diameters from 150mm to 300mm have laser-engraved concentric rings ■ There is a place to attach an optional displacement gauge ■ Two compression plates of the same size can be used to measure the distance between them ■ A mechanism that eliminates backlash and allows for easy hand tightening *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Instron was founded in 1946 by Harold Hindman and George Bahl, who were conducting joint research at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) at the time. They developed the world's first electromechanical (screw-type) universal testing machine. The name "Instron" is derived from "instrument" and "electronics." Instron's product range offers diversity that can cater to almost all global markets and industries, and since its establishment, over 70 years of testing technology and manufacturing experience have been built, with more than 50,000 systems operating worldwide. In 1965, Instron Japan was established to support customers in Japan. Currently, it has major bases in the United States, Europe, and Asia, providing sales and services in 40 languages through agents in 160 countries around the world.
