Magnetizing power supply
There are two types: a DC power supply that generates a steady magnetic field using an electromagnet type, and a capacitor type that uses energy charged in a capacitor to generate a magnetic field instantaneously (pulsed). Nowadays, it is relatively inexpensive to manufacture, and capacitor-type magnetizing power supply devices that can be used with standard commercial power sources have become common.

The judgment results can be output externally as GO and NG signals (relay output). ■ Safety circuit mainly targeting overseas equipment Instantaneous power failure protection circuit (voltage above 900V) There are no malfunctions or failures due to instantaneous power outages, such as using optical fibers in the output circuit. It operates stably without depending on the frequency of the power supply used. ■ Optional features Additional output circuits One magnetizing power supply can energize multiple yokes and coils. It is suitable for selecting yokes to suppress heating of yokes and magnetizing different types of magnets. If there is only one charging circuit, simultaneous energization is not possible. However, magnetizing power supply devices equipped with multiple charging and energization circuits used for magnetizing magrolls can achieve simultaneous energization. ■ Others We can accommodate various requests such as switching capacitor capacity, mounted capacitor capacity, and external dimensions of the housing. Additionally, devices equipped with magnetizing and demagnetizing functions that share a common capacitor bank can also be manufactured.
