basic information
The Drywell-type Temperature Calibrator CTD4000 is designed to withstand not only the production environments of factories but also the harsh conditions found in maritime and shipping applications. With a lightweight, compact design that emphasizes simple operability, it boasts exceptional functionality in settings where temperature calibration is essential for process control and quality assurance of finished products. The main body is made of aluminum, and the internal components use both aluminum and stainless steel to achieve lightweight, compact, and robust construction. All temperature calibration baths delivered to customers undergo testing in our calibration lab, where calibration is performed according to procedures compliant with international standards. During this process, all functions are compared against reference parameters and calibration protocols, and a calibration certificate is issued. The heating section of the temperature calibration bath consists of a metal block heated by a resistive thermoelectric module. The block features a bore for probe insertion, allowing the probe of the measuring device to be inserted and used. Upon request, we can provide insert blocks and bores tailored to customer specifications. An option is available to comply with the DNV GL classification standards.
