Nabe Shimizu Glory Co., Ltd. [Case Study on the Introduction of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)]
Utilizing delivery robots and projections! Warehouse solutions contribute to improved work efficiency.
We would like to introduce a case where our "Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV)" was implemented at Nabe Kiyo Glory Co., Ltd. In the parts warehouse within the factory, staff pick parts such as brackets necessary for assembly according to a list from the design department. However, due to the large number of similar items, skilled proficiency was required to work without mistakes. After implementation, with guidance through projection, there were no longer any mistakes in picking parts, regardless of who was doing the picking. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - The parts warehouse within the factory had many similar items, requiring skilled proficiency to work without mistakes. ■ Effects after Implementation - The burden of staff walking around the storage warehouse was eliminated. - There were no longer any mistakes in picking parts, regardless of who was doing it. - Inventory work was reduced, and ordering omissions were also prevented. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
