[Case Study Presentation] Quick responses through written communication and video are now possible for individuals with disabilities and international tourists in need!
We would like to introduce an example of remote support using video communication with the IP intercom system "IX System." At the time-staffed stations of Tobu Railway Co., Ltd., there were cases where customer service could not be conducted smoothly when staff were absent. By utilizing our IX System, we enabled remote support for "written communication" and "toilet calls," allowing for prompt initial responses. Additionally, for international tourists, we have made it possible to resolve issues without being on-site through guidance via video and written communication. [Examples of Problem Solving] ■ Realized remote support for written communication and toilet calls ■ Enabled service provision without compromising quality even when staff are absent We are currently offering case studies detailing the above. If you are interested in making unmanned facilities more accessible or improving staff efficiency through remote support, please feel free to contact us. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to reach out to us.
