The ladder is loaded, but it's just a little, so it's probably fine. There are steps at the front, but recently I've been getting on and off from the back. I'm busy with work and don't have time to send it out for installation and maintenance. Since it's a rental vehicle, I can't modify the lifting device. It's just attached to the lashing rail, so it can be used immediately from the front or back from the day it arrives. If you raise it, it's only 55mm, so it can be stored compactly.
