Using the carrier services provided by NTT Docomo, we obtain and save not only the voice of service contract users' calls but also their phone number information to a hard disk. The saved audio files can be searched and played back using a web browser on a client computer. ● Recording can be done over the carrier network, allowing for recordings regardless of the mobile phone model. ● The hardware offering "VR-MP110D SV" allows for recording up to 250 channels. If more than 250 channels are needed, the software offering "VR-MP110D" can support up to 2,000 channels. ● Voice data search and playback can be operated via a web browser, with no additional license required. ● By registering additional information such as the owner's name and display name (e.g., department name) to the mobile phone number, it becomes possible to search using the registered information.
