This is a voice response device that connects to an analog telephone line, automatically answers incoming calls, and sends out pre-recorded messages. It can be used for end-of-business and holiday announcements in companies, as well as various telephone services. ● It initially supports 4 lines and can accommodate up to 32 lines. ● The lines can be divided into a maximum of 10 groups, allowing different message announcements to be made simultaneously for each group. It functions equivalently to installing 10 separate units. ● Equipped with a "voice synthesis function," it allows the creation of response messages through computer operation. ● Various announcement messages can be recorded in the built-in flash memory for a total recording time of 360 minutes (across all channels), with a maximum of 100 different types of messages. The recorded content will not be lost even during a power outage. ● An annual timer can automate the operations of "setting/unsetting response" and "message switching." ● Messages can be registered/changed and timers can be set via a network (LAN) from a computer. ● The number of incoming calls counted by this device can be checked from a computer via a network (LAN).
