It also supports announcements such as "This call will be recorded..." 【Answering Only Function】 Automatically responds with a dedicated message for incoming calls after business hours or on holidays. 【Timer Function】 Operates automatically by switching between various operational modes based on specified dates and time periods using an annual timer. 【Aggregation Function】 Collects response result data such as the number of incoming calls and customer abandonment cases in an Excel format that is easy to visualize, such as in graphs. 【Voice Synthesis Function】 Allows message creation on a computer, making it easy to create and edit response messages. Since there is no need to arrange for an announcer or have recordings done by staff, it reduces the burden and costs associated with message creation.
