This is a voice response device that automatically answers phone calls received outside of business hours and sends out a pre-prepared response message. ● Even if there are four simultaneous incoming calls, it can convey the message from the beginning. ● Equipped with a "voice synthesis function," it allows for easy creation and modification of response messages via computer operation. ● Response messages are recorded on an SD card. The recorded content will not be lost even if the card is removed from the device or during a power outage. ● Remote operation of "voice editing," "schedule editing," and "various settings" can be performed via network (LAN) from a computer, as well as monitoring the line status (waiting/incoming/answering). ● Remote control operations such as "set/disable response," "switch messages," and "record/replay messages" can be done from outside. ● The annual timer can automate the operations of "set/disable response" and "switch messages." ● The number of incoming calls counted by this device can be checked via network (LAN) from a computer. ● It can also support the delivery of original hold music during phone calls on hold.
