"Asufa(R) WP" is a newly conceived waterproof screw that incorporates a flat washer in addition to an O-ring located beneath the neck. Since the O-ring can be positioned on the outer circumference of the screw head, it maintains stable waterproof performance even if the fastening element shifts. Additionally, it secures sufficient contact surface, allowing for fastening with higher axial force without causing the fastening element to sink. Furthermore, in the automatic screw tightening process, the flat washer (metal) makes contact with the chute rail of the screw supply machine, enabling smooth transportation.
