This is an infrared sensor characterized by ultra-fast response at the highest nanosecond level and ultra-high sensitivity. It is a semiconductor-type detector using mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), and tellurium (Te), and we can offer PV (photovoltaic type), PC (photoconductive type), and other special types according to your needs. By selecting options such as non-cooled/cooled and the presence or absence of solid immersion lenses, even higher sensitivity can be achieved.
