It consists of stainless steel and steel channel letters, along with acrylic and other resin light-emitting surfaces, allowing for the production of relatively thin logo signs. The front-lit type of Zero Channel emits light evenly from the front of the letters. The edge-free, sharp light-emitting surface gives a clean impression. Typically, the edge of the light-emitting surface is visible at 2mm. The recommended letter size is between 200mm and 600mm, with a recommended letter thickness starting from D30.
