The recommended character size is 70 to 450 mm, and the recommended character thickness is D20 to D30, with finishes available in paint or vinyl wrapping. For small sizes or logos with thin line widths that cannot be adequately expressed with channel letters, we can carve them out with precise router cuts to ensure uniform light emission across the surface.
