For lithium-ion cells, we provide ultrasonic welding solutions for aluminum and copper thin films, high-current cables, and contacts. ● Power electronics: For the production of high-performance modules such as IGBTs (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors) and IPMs (Intelligent Power Modules).
