The "3D Magnetic Field Measurement Device" measures the magnetic field distribution of a circular magnetic field generating object as a magnetic field in one direction along the Z-axis. It drives the measurement probe to specified points, acquires data along with coordinate information, and analyzes and displays the data. The measurement resolution is set to a minimum of 10 micrometers, allowing for precise position measurements.
