The aroma space design "Aroma Space Design" created by @aroma uses 100% natural essential oils to provide high-quality fragrant spaces tailored to the purpose, needs, image, and style of the environment. We conducted a survey on customer satisfaction and the effects obtained from fragrant spaces for our clients (approximately 25 industries including offices, accommodations, exhibition halls, and model rooms). 【Summary of Survey Results】 ■ Satisfaction with the current aroma space: 92.6% It was revealed that 92.6% of respondents are "very satisfied/satisfied" with the spaces we create. ■ Reasons for Satisfaction (Evaluations from customers who are "very satisfied/satisfied" with the current aroma space) Percentage of respondents who answered "agree/somewhat agree": - The aroma has improved the image of the space: 96.5% - The aroma matches the space: 96.3% - The aroma allows for comfortable work: 82.9% - The aroma has improved the air environment: 82.5% *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
