Real estate × design! Total support from opening to grand opening.
Southern Mall Rokko Co., Ltd. is a company that has managed the land and real estate of Koizumi Seima Company, which has been engaged in the jute spinning industry since the opening of Kobe Port in the Nada Ward of Kobe City. Currently, we are involved in a wide range of businesses, from interior design and construction to facility management. We also assist building owners with building utilization and store renovations. With the desire to provide designs that add "plus" to the Kobe-Nada to Hanshin area, we launched the "612+Design" project in 2020, leveraging the know-how and sense we have cultivated over the years. With the belief that "good for tenants! good for landlords! good for society!", we design "plus spaces" in the city together with store operators and building owners. 【Business Overview】 ■ Tenant leasing / Research on store properties and provision of real estate information Consulting services related to real estate ■ Operation, maintenance, and management of complex facilities / Rental management of stores, offices, and parking lots ■ Design, planning, and construction of stores, offices, and residences ■ Contracted operation of bowling alleys *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
