The "GR-8NSO Series" is a device for injecting anaerobic gas into a sealed culture chamber for the cultivation of methanogens and other anaerobic bacteria. Cultivating methanogens and similar organisms, which was difficult with conventional gas injection methods, is now easily achievable. By inserting a needle into a dedicated sealed culture device (pressurized culture test tube), vacuum evacuation and anaerobic gas injection can be performed with the turn of a knob. Additionally, the reaction tube can be easily temperature-controlled and maintained at the optimal temperature using the temperature regulator on the front panel. 【Features】 ■ The state of the reduction copper column can be visually confirmed by opening the tubular furnace. ■ Oxygen in the mixed gas can be completely removed by passing through the reaction tube of the tubular furnace. ■ The piping is completely sealed, allowing for injection pressure of up to 0.2 MPa. ■ Gas pressure can be adjusted using the pressure adjustment valve on the front panel. ■ In the event of overheating, the heater power supply is cut off by the over-temperature prevention mechanism. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
