It is a completely non-contact magnetic linear encoder that is resistant to dirt and difficult to malfunction.
You can easily measure areas that were previously measured with tape measures or gauges using digital display measurement. This applies to cutting aluminum materials and woodworking. Digital display of rulers. Replacement for optical and contact encoders. We have a lot of experience in maintenance support for discontinued products from other companies (Easy Scale VP-90). *There are cases where the display unit can be reused. It has been widely adopted in in-house jigs (contributing to improvement proposals). Please also use it for DIY projects. Since it is magnetic, there is no miscounting due to contamination from non-magnetic materials. With the SI-140PAC, you can use it immediately if you have an AC100V power supply. First, please watch the video (YouTube). *Sample units available for evaluation.

Company information
Utilizing our original technology of saturable coils, we offer a fundamentally simple magnetic detection element technology that can be used with high precision and stability even under adverse conditions. We have received strong support from a wide range of industries, including unmanned transport carts, industrial equipment, labor-saving machines, material handling, machine tools, injection molding machines, civil engineering and construction robots, food machinery, industrial machinery, nuclear facilities, and ships. We also excel in sensors for motorsports such as F1 and Moto GP, inclinometers for construction machinery, and magnetic sensors used for ultra-high precision measurements in scientific fields. Some of our products are also used in applications like automated parking systems and golf cart guidance sensors. All of our products are developed and manufactured 100% in Japan, with over 80% of our product lineup being custom-made based on individual customer requests. We offer many custom options, including waterproof, explosion-proof, heat-resistant, water-resistant, and radiation-resistant specifications. If you have any issues related to sensing or measurement, please feel free to consult us. We connect to IoT platforms and provide laser replacement services. Our sales and technical staff are fully committed to addressing everything from minor customizations of existing products to proposing new detection principles. You can also rely on us for assistance with Kaizen initiatives. Our standard products come with a reassuring 3-year warranty. We are located in Ina, Nagano Prefecture.
