[Nexonar Case Study] Automotive Seat Manufacturer

Introducing a case study that achieved improvements in quality control and flexibility in automotive seat assembly!

We would like to introduce a case study of the real-time positioning system 'nexonar' implemented at Folvia Forsia Co., Ltd. At the time, the reaction arm they were using was obstructing the production line, limiting the operator's movements and causing delays in work. Additionally, this positioning arm had mechanical play, making it very difficult to detect when the spacing of screws was narrow. After the implementation, we were able to provide the necessary work instructions to the operators during sheet assembly, significantly reducing quality-related issues. [Case Overview] ■Challenges - Minimize the chances of forgetting to tighten screws - Enable flexible work with a wireless system ■Results - Significantly reduced quality-related issues - Gained the flexibility to respond quickly to market demands and operate the factory appropriately *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
