This is a demonstration device for propeller turbine hydroelectric power generation.
It consists of a circulating water tank and pump, flow control valve and flow sensor, propeller turbine with guide vanes, generator, and electrical load device. Five propeller turbines of different shapes are included to investigate the efficiency of various propellers and analyze the performance of the power generation system. Additionally, please try creating your own turbine using a 3D printer or similar equipment for experimentation. The turbine mounting section (drain outlet) is designed with transparent resin so that the interior can be observed.

The electric load device consists of six lamps and can apply a maximum electric load of 62W. The water supply pressure (bar), water supply rate (L/s), generated power (W), generated current and voltage, and turbine rotation speed (rpm) are digitally displayed on the control panel. Using the accompanying software (VDAS), various measurement data can be displayed on a PC (sold separately), allowing for efficient collection of experimental data. Additionally, changes in overall energy are visually represented in a Sankey diagram, drawn in real-time for clarity.
