Efficient dust collection within the plant! A case where work efficiency doubled and improvements in the working environment were also achieved.
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Central Vacuum System" implemented by Ishizaka Sangyo Co., Ltd., which is working towards creating a society that does not turn waste into waste and is engaged in "recycling" various types of waste as resources. At the company, cleaning the dust generated from the recycling process of materials from construction debris had become heavy labor, and it was necessary to streamline operations with a limited workforce. After the introduction of our "Central Vacuum System," the work became overwhelmingly easier with just the task of suctioning, resulting in more than double the work efficiency. Additionally, the ability to clean even hard-to-reach equipment led to an improvement in the aesthetics of the process. [Case Overview] ■ Business Challenges - Cleaning the dust from crushed debris is quite labor-intensive. - The number of personnel available for cleaning is limited, necessitating mechanization to improve efficiency. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
