  This is a sample for confirming the shades of color using the same materials as in the actual production. In the case of wood grain finishing, the inherent color of the wood significantly affects the final color, so it is essential to provide the same materials as in the actual production to create the painting sample.

  This is the actual tabletop.

  This is a sample created based on the request to make the color of the walnut veneer reddish-black. It has been colored with a sealing compound that combines pigments (brown, red, and black), and the color matching is done with a topcoat. This is also a painting sample using the same veneer as the final product. Adjustments will continue until it matches the designer's vision.

  This is a sample that encapsulates washi paper within a polyester mirror finish. Since the washi paper becomes tinted due to the paint, the selection of the washi paper is very important. Even with clear polyester paint, the paint itself has a slight color, so it is not possible to achieve 100% of the washi paper's color. We explain to the clients that there may be a slight yellowing (including aging) and ask them to select the washi paper accordingly.

  The most requested type of paint sample is one for confirming color and gloss. This photo shows a paint sample for a kitchen using two shades of blue. While it can be made in a size of about 10 cm square, it is preferable to have a larger size, around A4, due to the influence of the area effect of color*1, which provides more reassurance. *1 The area effect of color refers to the phenomenon where the same color appears to have increased saturation and brightness as the area increases. When deciding on a color with a small sample and then applying it to a large wall, it can sometimes result in a color that is more vibrant than expected, leading to mistakes.
