Inspection and maintenance of the air handling unit were conducted alongside the renewal of the air conditioning equipment. The 100-horsepower chilled water chiller unit and steam system have stopped using steam, and have been updated to a heat pump chiller unit (100 horsepower) for both cooling and heating.
