This is a product that has been unitized from press-molded plain bearings. With flexible combinations, it helps to reduce labor for transporting and storing heavy items. The basic lineup includes a waste discharge unit using M2234UFH, and we have also standardized a medium-duty unit that enhances load-bearing capacity by attaching reinforcement parts to the lightweight unit, as well as a heavy-duty waste discharge one-touch unit using M2234UFH.

The conventional ball transfer has the drawback of being prone to rotation failure due to debris entering inside. The "Plain Bear" features a unique structure where the support ball directly beneath the main ball does not bear any load, allowing for the creation of numerous debris discharge holes at the lowest point of the main body, which is prone to accumulating debris. This design enables the expulsion of debris and water that has entered during operation. (The downward-facing version discharges through the debris discharge slits.)
